I have had the honour and privilege to be guided and taught by amazing teachers all over the world, who shared their knowledge and wisdom with me beyond textbooks. I have studied in Germany, England, India, Thailand and Nepal.
I am a healer of Mind, Body and Spirit.
As a Therapist it is my uppermost aim to equip you with unique tools of self– empowerment, which help you to find your own health.
Daily meditation and yoga practice help me to centre myself, focus and connect to the moment. Naturally this intensifies and gives depth to your treatments. Many years of successful practice give me confidence and joy in my work.
