SACRED SOUND MEDITATION
This is a sacred circle for you to find, peace, stillness and the platform to connect to your higher self. Letting go, relaxing and surrendering yourself to the power of the ETERNAL NOW allows your body, mind and soul to heal.
All levels are welcome, you can meditate sitting, lying or standing.

The Sound and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls, chanting, breath and visualization journeys are an integral part of those profound journeys inside.

A day dedicated to your healing, your reconnection to who you truly are!
In a small group we use powerful techiques to reconnect to our core and allow healing to take place.
You will experience various healing meditations as, use creative tools of self expression, as well as a sound healing session . You receive a powerful Healing Initiation, which has a profound impact on whatever it is that you wish to heal, transform or manifest.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and lunch and think of a personal goal/ healing that you wish to manifest.

MONTHLY REIKI SHARES
EVERYONE is welcome: First, Second and Master Degree as well as those merely interested in Reiki or becoming a Reiki healer. We will do a meditation, experience the power of group healing and have some space for Reiki experience exchange.

THE AWAKENING
A JOURNEY THROUGH YOUR CHAKRAS
This is a fantastic course to learn , feel, and connect with your major Chakras. This course is a deep and beautiful journey of self-discovery and empowerment. In the process of discovering and recovering your true self, you realize that life has a pattern, a sacred organization and a harmonic rhythm. You will have the platform to feel that you are part of this life pattern and that this sacred organization and harmonic rhythm is within you.

Each session provides you with mental, physical and spiritual inspirations, knowledge and healing strategies. You will learn how to feel and work with your Chakras in every day life and if you are a Therapist how to sense imbalances of Chakras with your clients. Amongst other tools we explore Chakras through:
Movement, Journaling, Meditation, Visualization, Painting Drawing, Theory on Chakras, Chanting, Toning, Dancing etc.
